One of the honors and inventions of Sadeghi brothers machine building in 2016 was the design and construction of the most up-to-date hydraulic system, called logic valve, for the devices of this collection. Also, in 2017, after the patent of this product, all the devices of this collection were equipped with this hydraulic system.

Logic valve (logic valve) is one of the fluid transfer and control systems in hydraulic science that is used specifically in the world. This system, which has significant advantages compared to its previous model (Directional), which is in today’s hydraulic industry, due to its practical advantages.

Among the advantages of the Logic Well system, the following can be mentioned:

  • 1) Speed increase compared to directional hydraulic system
  • 2) Increasing the oil flow rate in the hydraulic circuit
  • 3) Reduction of total heat in hydraulic circuits
  • 4) Save on the use of accessories
  • 5) Improving the level of time control in the closed hydraulic circuit

This amount of difference in the distribution and discharge system is determined when we consider the conditions for both devices that use both logic valve and directional systems, in which case we will have approximately 25% more efficiency in the logic valve system , that this amount of efficiency is obtained according to equal conditions in terms of the number of pumps, the number and power of electric motors.

Electrical system and automation
