Berardan Sadeghi Machinery, equipped with an experienced team with specialized tools, is ready to provide specialized repair services for hydraulic presses.
General instructions for setting up and installing and using and maintaining the hydraulic press machine:
A: The conditions of the installation platform and installation of the press machine
1. The location of the press machine must have a concrete foundation at least 30 cm high.
2. The surface of the place of establishment must not have any slope.
3. The dumper hole must be installed inside the foundation.
4. No tiles should be placed between the foundation and the press.
5. The hydraulic unit must be roofed and covered on 3 sides with a suitable space for service.
B: Device usage program

C: Device maintenance program
1. Apply grease weekly.
2. Wrenching of all parts on a weekly basis
3- Cleaning the oil filters on a monthly basis.
4- Cleaning under the dumper frequently.
5- Not hitting the press during charging.
6- a maximum of 8 hours of daily work with the device.
D: Warnings
1. When the pressing operation starts and the machine door is closed, the manpower is not allowed to approach the door and the blades.
2. During the visit and service of the press machine, the machine must be turned off.
3. During the pressing operation, the operator is obliged to ensure the correct placement of the locks in the corresponding place on the door of the pressing machine.
